Facilities Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and accountability for daily site operations and long-term performance
• Ensure maximum client and guest satisfaction through consistent, high-quality hospitality services
• Uphold and enforce Dexterra standards related to food quality, service consistency, cleanliness, and Health & Safety programs
• Lead hiring initiatives, onboarding, and performance management in collaboration with Human Resources
• Deliver financial oversight, including revenue forecasting, budget development, and cost control
• Develop and manage staffing plans and schedules aligned with client forecasts and operational demand
• Act as the primary point of accountability for the client relationship and operational outcomes

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive hospitality or accommodations management experience in large-scale environments
• Senior operational leadership experience with accountability for multiple service streams
• Post-secondary education in business, hospitality, or a related discipline
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue analysis
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with hospitality or facilities management systems
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive position requiring drug, alcohol, and fit-to-work testing
