Facilities Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation of data centre facilities
• Oversee critical systems including power, cooling, UPS, generators, and fire systems
• Plan and manage preventive and reactive maintenance schedules
• Supervise contractors and third-party service providers
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and outages as required to ensure uptime
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate operational logs, reports, and technical documentation
• Support 24/7 operational availability and provide out-of-hours support for emergencies

Requirements

• Degree in an engineering field
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role within a data centre or critical environment
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to work effectively in a 24/7 mission-critical setting
