About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee repairs, maintenance, and capital projects up to $250,000 for restaurants nationwide
- Manage vendor relationships, including project bidding, scheduling, and contract negotiation
- Administer Work Order Management Software (Service Channel) to manage daily maintenance requests
- Conduct annual site inspections and comprehensive condition audits for all restaurant locations
- Coordinate renovations and remodels, including scheduling work and managing punch lists
- Support emergency and disaster response for restaurant locations as needed
- Manage invoicing and payment applications for consultants, general contractors, and vendors
- Prepare and present weekly project status reports to leadership
Requirements
- 1-3 years of facilities management experience, preferably within the restaurant industry
- Working knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and related building systems
- Proficiency with Work Order Management Software
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to read and understand design, engineering, and technical documents
- Ability to travel up to 20% and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in construction management, facilities management, project management, or engineering
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically in Excel and PowerPoint
