Facilities Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee repairs, maintenance, and capital projects up to $250,000 for restaurants nationwide
• Manage vendor relationships, including project bidding, scheduling, and contract negotiation
• Administer Work Order Management Software (Service Channel) to manage daily maintenance requests
• Conduct annual site inspections and comprehensive condition audits for all restaurant locations
• Coordinate renovations and remodels, including scheduling work and managing punch lists
• Support emergency and disaster response for restaurant locations as needed
• Manage invoicing and payment applications for consultants, general contractors, and vendors
• Prepare and present weekly project status reports to leadership

Requirements

• 1-3 years of facilities management experience, preferably within the restaurant industry
• Working knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and related building systems
• Proficiency with Work Order Management Software
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to read and understand design, engineering, and technical documents
• Ability to travel up to 20% and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in construction management, facilities management, project management, or engineering
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically in Excel and PowerPoint
