Responsibilities

  • Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties following established hygiene standards
  • Supervise cleaning teams and manage facility maintenance workflows
  • Coordinate soft services within the facilities management framework
  • Maintain and repair light and heavy-duty vehicles
  • Ensure all cleaning procedures meet professional quality requirements

Requirements

  • Housekeeping or cleaning services experience
  • 3–4 years of Facilities Management (FM) experience, including supervisory roles
  • 4–5 years of experience as a vehicle mechanic
  • Valid UAE driving license (required for several roles)
  • BICSc certification (preferred for supervisory roles)
  • Experience in Soft Services within a Facilities Management environment
