Responsibilities
- Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties following established hygiene standards
- Supervise cleaning teams and manage facility maintenance workflows
- Coordinate soft services within the facilities management framework
- Maintain and repair light and heavy-duty vehicles
- Ensure all cleaning procedures meet professional quality requirements
Requirements
- Housekeeping or cleaning services experience
- 3–4 years of Facilities Management (FM) experience, including supervisory roles
- 4–5 years of experience as a vehicle mechanic
- Valid UAE driving license (required for several roles)
- BICSc certification (preferred for supervisory roles)
- Experience in Soft Services within a Facilities Management environment
