Facilities Management Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage Facilities Management service contracts, supplier relationships, and vendor performance
• Implement condition-based and preventive maintenance programmes for buildings and technical systems
• Monitor MEP facilities, energy consumption, and technical performance to ensure operational efficiency
• Ensure buildings and operational environments comply with statutory requirements and safety regulations
• Oversee long-term property maintenance plans and lifecycle management
• Prepare operational budgets, capital expenditure forecasts, and maintenance planning projections
• Lead and develop the Facilities Management team through coaching and performance management
• Implement sustainability initiatives including energy efficiency and waste management

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Property Management, Facilities Management, or related technical disciplines
• 5–7 years of experience in Facilities Management or building operations
• 3–4 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and building maintenance practices
• Experience managing service contracts and vendor relationships
• Proficiency with CAFM/CMMS systems and digital Facilities Management tools
• Experience in budgeting and capital expenditure planning
• Strong command of written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

• Membership with professional bodies such as IFMA, IWFM, or RICS
