About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform facility maintenance including painting, HVAC filter changes, drywall repair, and snow removal
- Execute routine plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks and unstopping drains
- Conduct routine electrical repairs including changing light bulbs and assisting with fixture repairs
- Perform carpentry tasks including framing, partitions, and door/window installation
- Purchase necessary supplies, equipment, and materials for projects
- Manage furniture assembly, movement, and setup
- Enter completed work order information into CMMS daily
- Test and track operational readiness of fire sprinkler systems
- Assist outside trades personnel as required
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of facilities maintenance experience
- Knowledge of commercial building maintenance trades, procedures, and techniques
- Ability to operate forklift and man lift equipment
- Skill in reading blueprints, equipment manuals, and assembly instructions
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Must meet ITAR requirements as a U.S. Person
