Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain bathrooms, offices, lunch areas, and dumpster zones
• Monitor and replenish factory supplies and manufacturing consumables
• Operate forklift to move materials, unload chassis, and empty dumpsters
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of plant grounds
• Drive company vehicle for parts pickup and errands
• Assist with plant safety and security by reporting unsafe behavior
• Manage oil and coolant waste disposal
• Perform basic repairs on plant equipment such as air compressors and air tools
• Participate in the Health & Safety Committee

Requirements

• Proven history of basic plant maintenance
• Mechanically inclined with hands-on repair experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Experience operating forklifts safely
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and work at heights
• Familiarity with health and safety protocols
