Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Keep mission-critical systems running including HVAC, electrical infrastructure, compressed air, and specialized aerospace equipment
• Coordinate precision equipment calibrations annually to aerospace standards
• Drive maintenance, operations, and improvement projects that enable rocket manufacturing
• Manage contractors, building compliance, and infrastructure projects

Requirements

• 8+ years leading industrial facilities operations in aerospace, manufacturing, or heavy industrial sectors
• Experience managing multi-site industrial or campus-wide operations with full P&L accountability
• Proven track record of building and leading maintenance teams in high-stakes environments
• Background in aeronautical, aerospace, or precision manufacturing
• Trade qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, Fitter & Turner), Building Maintenance qualification, or BCom with deep facilities experience
