Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Design and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans
• Coordinate the maintenance team's work schedule, prioritizing tasks based on equipment criticality
• Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely and proper completion
• Supervise, train, and evaluate the team to improve performance
• Detect and diagnose problems in equipment or systems and propose rapid, effective solutions to minimize downtime
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and hygiene regulations
• Generate reports on equipment status, completed activities, and maintenance needs
• Analyze data to identify failure patterns and optimize system performance
• Propose and implement improvements in maintenance processes to increase efficiency
• Ensure maintenance quality across factory facilities to maintain high standards

Requirements

• Advanced student or graduate in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial, or Electronic Engineering
• Intermediate proficiency in English
• At least 2 years of experience in similar positions
• Availability to work in Granadero Baigorria (Santa Fe) from Monday to Friday, 16:00 to 00:00, and two Saturdays per month from 12:00 to 18:00

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using BI tools (Power BI, Power Apps)
• Experience using Maintenance ERP (SAP)
• Previous experience in supervisory roles
