Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and operational maintenance across multiple trades including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building systems
• Supervise student workers as part of the college's distinctive student-managed Work Program
• Report directly to the Director of Physical Plant to support campus facility needs

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of facilities maintenance experience
• Demonstrated skills in at least two skilled trades
• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical training or apprenticeship
• HVAC experience
• EPA 608 certification
