Facilities Maintenance Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair complex facility systems and conveyance equipment within a temperature-controlled automated distribution center
• Perform troubleshooting and technical repairs on a variety of equipment used in a distribution environment
• Ensure safe operation of maintenance tools and equipment, including hand tools, power tools, and voltmeters
• Communicate professionally with various stakeholders, from front-line employees to upper management
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including lock out/tag out and OSHA standards

Requirements

• Experience as a facility, maintenance, or service technician
• Proven troubleshooting and repair experience with industrial equipment
• Knowledge of conveyors, forklifts, and other warehouse conveyance systems
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment like pressure gauges and voltmeters
• Knowledge of lock out/tag out and OSHA safety regulations
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work at heights, including climbing ladders and using scissor lifts
