Facilities Maintenance Professional

Responsibilities

• Support plant facility projects and maintenance by scheduling work through planned inspections and audit reports.
• Coordinate material resources for civil works, welding, painting programs, and general plant upkeep including landscaping and tank cleaning.
• Monitor general services programs and budgets to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and construction permits.
• Support the execution of plant shutdown plans to guarantee general services support.
• Manage maintenance orders, inspections, and repairs via SAP.
• Generate purchase requisitions for materials and services using SAP.
• Collect and organize data for departmental key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Handle the receipt and registration of invoices to update cash flow records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, or Industrial Maintenance Engineering preferred).
• 2 years of experience in industrial plant maintenance or general services.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Proficiency in SAP, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Ability to perform administrative tasks including planning, resource organization, and risk analysis.
