Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily maintenance operations across office, production, and facility environments
  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and support to maintenance technicians and contractors
  • Plan and oversee maintenance projects, repairs, and facility improvement initiatives
  • Partner with construction, workplace, and EHS teams to support production goals
  • Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships with vendors
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify maintenance risks
  • Ensure compliance with company safety standards and regulatory requirements
  • Track and analyze maintenance metrics and equipment performance
  • Support budgeting, inventory management, and maintenance planning
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training for maintenance personnel

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in maintenance, facilities, manufacturing, or industrial operations
  • Previous experience leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and facility infrastructure
  • Experience managing preventive maintenance programs and CMMS platforms
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze maintenance data and implement process improvements
  • Experience coordinating contractors and vendors
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance management software

Preferred Qualifications

  • OSHA certification
