Facilities & Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead Facilities and Maintenance functions at the Corona facility with a safety-first mentality
• Provide technical assistance and facilities support to Operations
• Develop and manage annual departmental headcount and operational expense budgets
• Coordinate building repairs, janitorial services, landscaping, and vendor relations
• Drive continuous improvement for preventive maintenance of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electronic equipment
• Manage procurement and inventory of critical spare parts and production tooling
• Support equipment validation and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) protocols
• Design and conduct safety, environmental, and hazardous waste management training programs
• Maintain compliance with ISO, FDA, OSHA, NFPA, EPA, DEQ, and DOT requirements
• Manage controlled environmental areas to ensure compliance with ISO Class 7 and Class 8 standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in an industrial setting
• Experience maintaining controlled environments
• Previous supervisory experience in a Maintenance or Facilities function
• Technical knowledge of electrical, electronics, mechanical, pneumatics, and/or hydraulics

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline
• Experience in a medical device manufacturing facility
• Experience with extrusion equipment (e.g., Davis Standard extruders)
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Lean Manufacturing experience and credentials
• COGZ administration experience
• First Aid/CPR certifications
