Facilities & Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and perform preventative maintenance for equipment, refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing assets
• Manage vendors and lead a team of supervisors and maintenance technicians
• Source and manage MRO spare parts, consumables, and tools
• Coordinate with Project Managers to plan, install, and commission production equipment
• Manage CMMS and preventative maintenance schedules to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Oversee contractors and suppliers, defining scope of work and ensuring deliverables
• Manage the maintenance department budget, including labor, MRO inventory, and capital expenditures
• Monitor maintenance metrics such as equipment downtime and PM completion percentages
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety policies and reporting hazards

Requirements

• 5+ years of facilities management experience
• Electrical, mechanical, and maintenance-related certifications
• Knowledge of trades related to site facilities, repair, and overhaul
• Knowledge of facilities maintenance processes, procedures, and systems
• Knowledge of OHS and Food Safety applications in warehouse environments
• Ability to work weekend schedules and in cold facilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
