Facilities & Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic capital investment plans for building systems and machine tool assets
• Lead, develop, and manage a team of mechanical and electrical technicians
• Manage uptime, break/fix, and preventative maintenance for on-site machine tool assets
• Oversee building safety standards in coordination with the EHS Manager
• Plan and lead project management functions for building projects, including budgets and timelines
• Act as a subject-matter expert for permitting and regulatory requirements
• Provide facility management response during off-shift timeframes as needed

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy industrial or manufacturing building maintenance management
• Broad knowledge of building mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Proven experience with machine tool asset break/fix and preventative maintenance strategies
• Experience operating within ISO 9000 and 14000 certified manufacturing environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Science, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with commercial real estate agreement development and tenant relations
• Experience in industrial facility/campus security strategies and tactical daily oversight
