Facilities Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage maintenance schedules for direct reports and external contractors
• Manage inbound work order requests and effectively delegate tasks to dedicated teams
• Drive team performance by setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Supervise facilities projects to ensure they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
• Assist the Head of Facilities Management in reviewing repair proposals and evaluating completed work
• Recommend mechanical, electrical, and facility design modifications to improve efficiency
• Implement audit and control systems to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and policies
• Lead the facility management team to ensure optimal building appearance and operations
• Prepare consolidated reports regarding budgets, expenditures, and purchase orders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Class A high-rise multifamily residential buildings
• Working knowledge of Mechanical and Fire Systems
• Proficiency in English
• Experience using Google Chrome and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Spanish
• Knowledge of project planning tools such as Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Revit, BIM360, Bluebeam, or SketchUp
