Facilities & Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of facility maintenance and on-site repairs, including general handyman tasks and MEP projects involving water supply and line voltage.
• Manage security and act as the primary administrator for building systems, including badge levels and entry-point hardware.
• Provide plant automation support and act as the onsite technical liaison for pharmacy systems, managing spare parts inventory and vendor support tickets.
• Lead logistics and receiving for national shipping and inbound freight to ensure maximum warehouse flow.
• Coordinate onsite vendor relationships for waste management, water delivery, FedEx logistics, and cleaning services.
• Implement and sustain 5S lean practices across the warehouse and office to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in facility management, warehouse operations, or a specialized trade.
• Proficiency in mechanical or electrical repair.
• Experience with facility software for access control and shipping.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and remain active in a multi-floor facility.
• Availability to participate in an emergency call tree for after-hours security or system alerts.
