Facilities & Maintenance Lead

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance work, equipment installation, and machine repairs to meet cost, schedule, and quality standards
• Supervise, develop, and train a team of technicians, including assigning work and issuing corrective actions
• Execute maintenance activities including PMs, PMDs, TPMs, Kaizen event support, and equipment repairs
• Manage all Work Order entries into the CMMS (Micromain Global) to ensure accuracy and thoroughness
• Oversee safety programs, specifically focusing on LOTO and Electrical safety
• Maintain machine histories and current conditions for reporting in production meetings
• Lead 6S activities and conduct regular audits
• Develop and recommend plans for facility improvements and ensure effective communication between Maintenance and Operations

Requirements

• 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience
• Experience working with CMMS software
• Strong knowledge of LOTO and Electrical safety protocols
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, reach, and grasp for varying periods of time
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
