Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Schedule and oversee preventative and corrective maintenance for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems
• Manage external contractors and service providers to ensure efficient service delivery
• Track and prioritize work orders and maintenance requests to minimize employee disruption
• Ensure all facility equipment complies with local, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations
• Maintain accurate service logs, repair reports, and inspection records in eMaint CMMS
• Supervise and guide facilities technicians and support staff

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general construction systems
• Proficiency with MS Office and CMMS software for tracking work orders and inventory
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Commitment to completing CFM and CMRT certifications within specified timeframes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS), CMS, and lighting controls
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
