Facilities Maintenance Attendant

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility cleanliness by vacuuming carpets, sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors in all club areas.
• Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, woodwork, artwork, and HVAC registers.
• Perform or coordinate repairs including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and flooring.
• Maintain a preventive maintenance checklist and schedule for ongoing facility improvements.
• Coordinate and prioritize work requests from Department Heads, members, and guests.
• Ensure all work areas are orderly and organized, following all company and safety policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in general facility or property maintenance.
• Ability to perform minor repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 lbs. on occasion.
• Knowledge of and adherence to OSHA regulations and safety procedures.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as required by the club schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous professional training in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or carpentry.
• Experience working specifically within a golf club or high-end hospitality environment.
