Facilities Lead - Instashop

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day facilities management operations across InstaShop locations, including maintenance, cleaning, pantry, and mail services.
• Monitor and manage the performance of outsourced services such as housekeeping, pest control, and fleet.
• Supervise the FM team, manage workload distribution, and drive strategic planning for team objectives.
• Oversee facilities needs across logistics hubs and dark stores, ensuring timely resolution of requests.
• Manage contract renewals and negotiate with external service providers and maintenance contractors.
• Maintain accurate records of all contracts, leases, work orders, and service requests.
• Review third-party service reports to ensure adherence to KPIs and SLAs.
• Manage procurement processes, asset movement, and financial documentation.
• Plan and execute workplace projects and employee events to enhance company culture and people experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Facilities Management, or Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management, workplace operations, or a fast-paced service-delivery environment.
• Solid understanding of building systems, maintenance protocols, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office and facilities management tools/systems.
• Strong contract negotiation, vendor management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
