Facilities Engineering Associate I

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair facility equipment, including HVAC, power distribution, and fire systems
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans to ensure equipment reliability
• Design test fixturing, test rooms, or systems in compliance with regulatory codes
• Prepare work orders, purchase requisitions, and work schedules
• Record and analyze data from facility systems to recommend corrective actions
• Supervise and direct the work of facilities maintenance staff and external contractors
• Perform basic project management functions, including specification preparation and budget recommendation
• Update and supervise the execution of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Requirements

• Associate's degree or higher in Electrical, Industrial Automation, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in facility maintenance and repair
• Proficiency in managing large-scale central air conditioning, power distribution, and fire systems
• Ability to use various electrical testing instruments to diagnose and resolve equipment faults
• Proficiency in English reading and writing for use in corporate operating systems
• Strong hands-on technical skills and problem-solving abilities
