Facilities Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of Cafe Infrastructure and attend to daily facility needs
• Develop a comprehensive Maintenance Program for Cafe Equipment Operations
• Oversee and maintain multiple Roblox Cafes, including refrigeration, fire suppression, and vendor management
• Serve as the primary technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair cafe equipment (ovens, grills, fryers, beverage dispensers, etc.)
• Coordinate preventive maintenance programs for kitchen and dining areas
• Maintain building infrastructure including electrical, lighting, plumbing, water filtration, refrigeration, and HVAC
• Ensure compliance with CalOSHA safety standards and relevant Health Codes & Regulations

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Facilities or Cafe Operations
• Solid understanding of building infrastructure, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
• Hands-on experience repairing commercial kitchen components and systems
• Ability to troubleshoot repairs for furniture, cabinetry, and interior building finishes
• Proficiency with computers, apps, and software tools
• Ability to work evenings and weekends if required
