Facilities Engineer

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
• Perform regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance or safety issues
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
• Coordinate with external contractors for repairs and renovations
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and equipment inventory
• Respond promptly to tenant requests and complaints
• Conduct energy audits and implement energy-saving initiatives
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in facility management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
• Proficiency in CAD software and facility management software
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Valid UAE driver's license and reliable transportation
