Facilities Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Propose, plan, and implement complex facilities projects requiring engineering analysis and modeling
• Define project scope, key activities, and evaluation methods
• Provide technical leadership on facilities process systems and manage a wide variety of multidisciplinary projects
• Effectively communicate project plans, progress, and potential problems to all stakeholders
• Document all project results and ensure coordination with involved organizations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a similar discipline
• 4+ years of field engineering experience
• Proven experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Strong understanding of project management fundamentals
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams
• Willingness to travel 25-50%, including potential international travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working directly with suppliers, contractors, and technical staff
• Ability to identify potential problems and implement corrective or preventative actions
• Strong written and oral communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
