About the role
Responsibilities
- Adhere to all safety standards and local, city, and state laws
- Review and inspect life safety systems for proper operation
- Respond to emergency calls as needed
- Manage purchases, inventory, and department paperwork
- Implement and maintain energy conservation measures
- Perform maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
- Coordinate with outside contractors for work orders
- Execute preventative maintenance programs
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient knowledge of HVAC systems
- Knowledge of electrical switches and relays
- Ability to operate hand, power, and pneumatic tools safely
- Valid, current, unrestricted Driver’s License
- Ability to ski or snowboard at an advanced level
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Building Automated Systems
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Five years of experience in Facility Management, construction, or a similar field
