Sant Bani School (SBS) is a Preschool-8th Grade day school nestled in rural Sanbornton, New Hampshire. Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day facilities tasks including building maintenance, snow removal, grounds work, and sports field upkeep.
• Manage and evaluate facilities personnel and oversee outside contractors for repairs, inspections, and landscaping.
• Oversee long-term facilities planning, space allocation, and the purchase of maintenance-related goods.
• Ensure all utility systems are inspected according to regulations and manage water testing with State DES.
• Maintain a safe environment by overseeing playground inspections and serving on the Safety Committee.
• Coordinate school vehicle maintenance, inspections, and event parking.
• Collaborate with the Administrative Team and Head of School regarding physical plant needs and school closings.
• Coordinate with the Ashram facilities manager regarding shared projects and equipment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in building maintenance and building construction.
• Practical knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
• Experience in staff supervision and management.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within an educational or community-focused environment.
• Knowledge of safety drill coordination and regulatory compliance for school facilities.
