Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of offices, common areas, restrooms, break areas, sound stages, and meeting spaces
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and surfaces
• Dust furniture, fixtures, vents, and high-touch areas
• Empty trash receptacles and replenish supplies like soap and paper products
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and mirrors
• Maintain cleanliness of building entrances, walkways, and outdoor common areas
• Remove litter and debris from parking lots and sidewalks
• Work collaboratively with the cleaning team to ensure efficient coverage
• Follow all safety procedures and proper use of cleaning materials and equipment
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damage observed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in janitorial, custodial, or facilities cleaning roles
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds for extended periods
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience cleaning commercial office buildings or multi-site facilities
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
