About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily facilities services including HVAC, housekeeping, security, pantry, and mailroom
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure service quality, SLA adherence, and safety compliance
- Maintain workspace planning, seating arrangements, and support office moves
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities such as desk setup and access cards
- Oversee reception operations, visitor management, and meeting room coordination
- Track budgets, process invoices, and support vendor payments
- Support compliance with health, safety, and workplace regulations
- Provide logistical support for workplace events and employee engagement activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 3+ years of experience in facilities management, workplace services, or office operations
- Proven experience coordinating with vendors and service providers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work on-site in Pune with a daily office presence
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or certification in Facilities Management, Real Estate, or Business Administration
- Experience working in corporate or multinational environments
- Exposure to financial systems or facilities management tools
