About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily facilities services including HVAC, housekeeping, security, pantry, and mailroom
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure service quality, SLA adherence, and safety compliance
  • Maintain workspace planning, seating arrangements, and support office moves
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities such as desk setup and access cards
  • Oversee reception operations, visitor management, and meeting room coordination
  • Track budgets, process invoices, and support vendor payments
  • Support compliance with health, safety, and workplace regulations
  • Provide logistical support for workplace events and employee engagement activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 3+ years of experience in facilities management, workplace services, or office operations
  • Proven experience coordinating with vendors and service providers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Pune with a daily office presence

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree or certification in Facilities Management, Real Estate, or Business Administration
  • Experience working in corporate or multinational environments
  • Exposure to financial systems or facilities management tools
