About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day facilities operations including housekeeping, security, HVAC, pantry, mailroom, and office equipment
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure service quality, adherence to SLAs, and safety standards
  • Support workspace planning, seating arrangements, and onboarding/offboarding activities
  • Facilitate office readiness for meetings, townhalls, and leadership visits
  • Support financial processes including invoice management, vendor payments, and budget tracking
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security policies and support audit readiness
  • Partner with Global Security teams on access control and emergency preparedness
  • Provide facilities support for internal events and engagement activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in facilities, workplace services, or corporate office operations
  • Strong experience working with vendors and managing service delivery
  • Good understanding of facilities operations, safety, and compliance requirements
  • Exposure to tools such as SAP or Concur
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
