About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, clients, and colleagues professionally to ensure a welcoming first impression
- Manage front desk operations, including directing calls, visitors, and vendors
- Oversee day-to-day office operations such as ordering supplies and coordinating maintenance
- Engage with vendors to schedule visits and ensure consistent service delivery
- Submit invoices for payment and reconcile monthly expense reports
- Manage office seating and coordinate with IT for new hire and visitor preparations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, including meeting rooms and kitchens
- Liaise with building management to ensure all documentation and requirements are fulfilled
Requirements
- High School Graduate
- 3 to 7 years of experience in office administration
- Experience in vendor management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
