About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Facilities Department
  • Coordinate outside vendors for services such as landscaping, snow removal, and cleaning
  • Obtain, review, and assist with pricing bids from vendors for projects and parts
  • Manage the daily facilities task list, including evaluation and scheduling
  • Print, issue, and track maintenance and machine shop work orders
  • Issue and record preventative maintenance orders and generate purchase orders
  • Scan and electronically file all facilities-related paperwork
  • Coordinate the pickup and delivery of parts for Engineering, Marketing, and other departments
  • Provide backup support for receiving, stocking, and maintaining MRO inventory and cycle counting

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience working with network drives
  • Experience with scanning and electronic filing
