About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Facilities Department
- Coordinate outside vendors for services such as landscaping, snow removal, and cleaning
- Obtain, review, and assist with pricing bids from vendors for projects and parts
- Manage the daily facilities task list, including evaluation and scheduling
- Print, issue, and track maintenance and machine shop work orders
- Issue and record preventative maintenance orders and generate purchase orders
- Scan and electronically file all facilities-related paperwork
- Coordinate the pickup and delivery of parts for Engineering, Marketing, and other departments
- Provide backup support for receiving, stocking, and maintaining MRO inventory and cycle counting
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working with network drives
- Experience with scanning and electronic filing
