Facilities Coordinator III

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for facilities activities across multiple sites
• Manage vendor communications, audit performance, and ensure compliance with contract terms
• Coordinate work orders, procurement, and contract activities for site leads
• Organize and maintain department files, records, and communications
• Assist in project implementation and execution under the supervision of the Facilities Services Manager
• Coordinate activities and schedules for multiple Facilities Coordinators to ensure efficient workflow
• Support the company Sustainability program in designated locations
• Research and propose solutions for unique facilities-related requests

Requirements

• Associate's degree in business or a related field, plus 5+ years of facilities or maintenance coordination experience (or 8+ years of direct experience)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook)
• Familiarity with ERP and documentation systems such as SAP or Agile
• Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) or computerized workflow tools
• Ability to travel 20% between local company locations
• Strong organizational skills, including file and invoice management

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• Experience with program management tools such as Procore, MS Project, or Smartsheets
• Experience with contract and vendor management software like Coupa
• Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., ISO 13485 or ISO 15189)
