Facilities Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance and testing of plumbing, UPS, HVAC, electrical, and fire suppression systems
• Supervise outsourced cleaning staff and manage vendor relationships
• Create and track purchase orders while monitoring actual spend against the budget
• Monitor building monitoring systems and alarms to ensure site safety
• Support Health & Safety requirements, including workplace risk, water, and air quality testing
• Manage office amenities such as coffee, vending, parking, and event support
• Coordinate mail, shipping, and receiving activities for the office services group
• Provide 24/7 response to emergency situations relating to employees or facilities
• Support space planning, moves, relocations, and environmental/energy team certifications

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of related facilities experience
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering building drawings
• Proficiency with AutoCAD
• Experience with SNOW/Nuvolo Work Order System or a comparable CMMS
• Strong communication, written, and client-focus skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
