About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Facilities helpdesk register, ensuring all requests are logged, tracked, and updated daily
- Coordinate and delegate requests to internal maintenance teams or external contractors
- Process invoices, raise purchase orders, and prepare CapEx appropriations for works exceeding $1,000
- Maintain organized filing systems and lease documentation databases
- Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance inspections of premises
- Manage mailroom tasks, including sorting mail, courier pickups, and stocktake
- Assist with security tasks such as managing access cards and key registers
- Support event organization and meeting room preparation
Requirements
- Adequate understanding of key facilities terms and definitions
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven project or coordination experience
