About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors
- Respond in a timely manner to tenant needs to ensure lease obligations are met
- Support senior management by preparing regular ownership reports
- Manage administrative tasks including work orders, invoice coding, and service requests
- Oversee rent and expense payments, property maintenance, and vendor compliance requirements
- Conduct property inspections and provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in commercial or residential property administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels
