About the role

Responsibilities

  • Track and rectify facilities-related issues via ServiceNow
  • Troubleshoot office machinery and arrange meeting space setups
  • Support mailroom operations including picking up and delivering mail
  • Assist in loading, unloading, and moving packages following safety guidelines
  • Manage DYCD vehicle utilization, daily maintenance, and scheduling
  • Monitor authorized drivers and ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Perform routine safety checks and inspections of motor vehicle equipment
  • Initiate requisitions for automotive supplies and repair work orders
  • Investigate motor vehicle accidents and prepare required reports
  • Operate various vehicles to transport Agency Commissioner and Senior Staff to meetings

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree and two years of community-centered work experience; OR
  • High school graduation and six years of community-centered work experience; OR
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least one year of experience in community-centered activities
