About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead cleaning, pest control, and landscaping service projects, defining scope, schedules, and requirements.
  • Oversee general services operations, including office setup, renovations, and the disposal of obsolete furniture.
  • Supervise the supply, installation, and maintenance of furniture and accessories in compliance with ergonomic standards.
  • Coordinate external services such as locksmiths and blinds across all facilities.
  • Manage procurement processes, including purchase orders, delivery of services, and civil works.
  • Maintain inventory for tools, equipment, and warehouse assets, ensuring proper custody and identification of obsolete items.
  • Develop and update procedure manuals to support ISO certification processes.
  • Manage budget requests, expense classification, and CAPEX updates within procurement systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil).
  • Minimum of four years of experience in a similar facilities management role.
  • English proficiency at a B2 level or higher (CEFR).
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and ability to work in high-risk occupational environments.
  • Availability to work rotating shifts and occasionally on rest days.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
