Facilities Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead cleaning, pest control, and landscaping service projects with specialized providers
• Oversee general services including office setup, renovation, and furniture disposal
• Supervise the supply, installation, and maintenance of furniture and accessories
• Coordinate external locksmith and blinds services across all facilities
• Manage procurement processes including purchase orders for civil works, tools, and furniture
• Develop and update procedure manuals to support ISO certification
• Coordinate semi-annual inventory of tools, equipment, and warehouse assets
• Manage expense classification and budget requests for facilities requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) preferred
• Minimum of four years of experience in a similar position
• Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to comply with safety regulations in high-risk occupational areas
• Availability to work rotating shifts and occasionally on rest days
