About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day facility operations for the Final Assembly Line, including subcontractor coordination for key buildings
  • Coordinate subcontractor activities (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) to prevent impact on manufacturing operations
  • Recommend and manage initiatives to improve service delivery through KPI management
  • Manage vendors daily, including identifying training needs and tracking performance
  • Facilitate monthly and quarterly business reviews within contract guidelines
  • Review, approve, and process invoicing for related facility activities
  • Develop and track corrective action plans regarding service delivery

Requirements

  • Minimum Associate degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • 5+ years of subcontractor management experience
  • 3+ years of facility management experience in a production environment
  • 3+ years of experience managing budgetary requirements
  • 3+ years of experience managing and reporting subcontractor activities in a production environment
  • Knowledge of project management practices and industry trends
  • Analytical and quantitative skills to develop strategic solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Operational experience using SAP
  • Specialized focus on HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems
