About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor facilities queue for related issues
- Coordinate with building management and facility technicians
- Perform general maintenance and troubleshoot electrical problems
- Assist with office moves, events, and customer requirements
- Restock and reset common areas including conference and break rooms
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance such as changing filters and lights
- Respond to incident reports and perform property inspections
- Manage small projects and coordinate with contractors
- Maintain and store maintenance equipment properly
Requirements
- High school diploma
- 1-2 years of relevant maintenance experience
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in computer and internet use
- Skills in plumbing, light carpentry, and technical troubleshooting
- Knowledge of commercial building plumbing and fixture replacement
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs for 30 minutes
- Safety training per OSHA requirements
