Facilities Clerk

Responsibilities

• Rearrange office spaces according to requested plans and configurations
• Perform simple maintenance tasks such as hanging pictures, changing light bulbs, and minor plumbing or painting repairs
• Move, transport, and deliver equipment and internal or supplier orders
• Adhere to all safety procedures and remain vigilant regarding security issues
• Provide coverage for colleagues during absences or high demand
• Perform administrative tasks and participate in specific facility projects

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in a similar role
• High school diploma
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy loads
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Autonomy, organization, and attention to detail
