About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage Work In Progress financial trackers and raise purchase orders to maintain accurate budget oversight
- Coordinate lifecycle requests and damage trackers to ensure timely invoicing to the Authority
- Support the Contracts Manager in maximizing cashflow and minimizing debt through effective financial monitoring
- Liaise with the Supply Chain and central Finance team to ensure complete and accurate financial reporting
- Maintain quality systems and promote an inclusive workplace culture within the team
Requirements
- Previous experience working within the PFI industry and understanding of contractual requirements
- At least two years of experience in a similar finance administration or facilities role
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance and general facilities management
- Full driving licence and comfort travelling between sites
- Flexibility to work occasional out-of-hours in the event of emergencies
