About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the facilities department, including managing maintenance request tickets and reserving conference rooms
- Create move tools for new hires and transfers and assist with real estate requests such as relocations
- Collect and maintain facilities-related purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports
- Order basic materials and building supplies through online ordering or phone purchases
- Enter data into maintenance systems, SharePoint, and other internal applications
- Track equipment for damages or needed repairs and monitor repair completion
- Assist project managers with special setups for meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- General office administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internal applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative experience
