About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide general support for office organization and maintenance
- Monitor and follow up on services performed by third-party vendors
- Assist with daily administrative routines and logistics
- Support the organization of internal events and office spaces
- Act as a point of contact for internal clients and interface with various professional teams across ERM
Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Technical or higher education degree preferred
- Experience in customer service, reception, or administrative logistics preferred
