About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform servicing and maintenance, including troubleshooting and minor repairs
- Assist with relocating furniture and managing items in storage
- Facilitate the work of external providers and contractors
- Handle room decoration and general facility upkeep
- Manage supplies and inventory
- Use a ticketing system to manage time and job assignments
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Physical fitness and resilience for a busy manufacturing environment
- Strong communication skills (in person and via email)
- Practical maintenance skills and a proactive attitude
- Ability to work Monday to Friday with occasional weekend flexibility
Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift certification
- Working at Heights certification
- Experience with scissor lifts
- Specialized skills in metal fabrication, engineering, or carpentry
