Facilities and Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of OSD manufacturing projects, including greenfield, brownfield, expansions, and upgrades
• Coordinate engineering activities from conceptual design through commissioning and handover
• Prepare and execute IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and develop summary reports for production equipment and utilities
• Support the operation and maintenance of critical systems such as HVAC, purified water, boilers, and compressed air
• Manage engineering change controls and support investigations, deviations, and CAPAs
• Integrate sustainable engineering practices to reduce energy, water, and carbon footprint
• Ensure all activities comply with cGMP, FDA, and other global regulatory standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of cGMP and FDA regulatory standards
• Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and validation lifecycle documentation (URS, FRS, VMP)
• Proficiency in managing change controls, SOPs, and technical documentation
• Experience in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) environments is preferred
