Responsibilities

• Oversee office operations, maintenance, and office look and feel
• Schedule meeting rooms for employees and clients
• Conduct daily floor walkthroughs to ensure office standards
• Assist with space planning, utilization, and performing space audits
• Manage vendors, tenants, landlord relationships, and agencies
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics, accommodation, and itineraries for NYC personnel
• Manage office relocations, renovations, and improvements
• Obtain competitive bids for services to ensure cost-effectiveness
• Assist in the development and management of the office budget
• Oversee travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation
• Provide high-level Executive Assistant support to senior leadership

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in related positions, preferably in a tech start-up
• Ability to work 5 days/week in the Flatiron office
• Track record in office management, security, and building compliance
• Proficient knowledge of building systems
• Familiarity with lease operations language and execution
• Proficiency in Google Suite and facility management systems
