Facilities and Infrastructure Specialist

Responsibilities

• Participate in Group ITP Aero infrastructure projects, including civil works, energy, HVAC, and electrical systems.
• Coordinate new construction projects and renovations (major and minor works).
• Design and supervise foundations for industrial machinery.
• Plan and execute installations for electricity, compressed air, and climate control systems.
• Develop Gantt charts and track progress using methodologies such as Kanban.
• Draft technical specifications and support the commissioning of new equipment.
• Collaborate with external providers and multidisciplinary internal teams.
• Contribute to the definition and continuous improvement of infrastructure investment processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a similar field.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar roles involving civil works and industrial installations.
• Knowledge of energy management and technical specification development.
• Proficiency in CAD 2D and 3D software.
• Advanced English skills (negotiation level) for oral and written communication.
• Availability for periodic travel to various group locations, including the UK, Mexico, Madrid, and Vizcaya.
• Proactive mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.
